 TSATM provide a Nationwide service to our customers within the ATM, Retail, Banking, Desktop and Communications markets. All technical field resource are trained via our “pyramid” methodology. Regional trainers attend a single training venue with our customer. Both TSATM and our customer evaluates the training scripts agree and sign off prior to cascading the procedures to the remaining field force. All field staff training records are held centrally within a training matrix. Any changes are managed through TSATMs change control process.
