June 2011 TSATM BV expands staff and opens its office On June 1st Arco Zemel joined TSATM BV, strengthening its operations to execute our first project, a rebranding effort for a major IAD in The Netherlands. At the same date the TSATM BV office was opened at the following address: Brinklaan 109C, 1404 GA BUSSUM.

TSATM expands into Europe
With the establishment of TSATM B.V. in The Netherlands TSATM is expanding its' operations onto the mainland of Europe. Dutch TSATM Customers can now experience the same independent, no-nonsense, good value for money and high quality services as their UK & Ireland banking colleagues can.
Wil Koers, an ex-NCR Services veteran is heading up the organization based in Bussum in The Netherlands. Wil brings a wealth of international services management experience to TSATM and will drive its' European expansion.

March/April 2009 New Management team joins TSATM. TSATM is pleased to announce The Engagement of James Hoad (Ex NCR) and Robert Revens (Ex Siemens) to their management team. Patrick McFadden MD of TSATM said “The addition of James and Robert fills the gaps that are common in new start up companies, providing us with a depth of management and technical expertise missing in out initial start-up period.” James and Robert by joining TSATM not only indicates their faith in TSATM’s abilities but will help us move into the next phase of our expansion.
James Hoad 18 years experience in NCR with a wide ranging background throughout the retail, financial and telecoms industry. Originally in the technical arena, James progressed through various management roles with the corporate world. James brings a high level of excellence proven customer delivery and attention to detail necessary in the exacting financial services market place.
Robert Revens Robert is a highly regarded and well known within the ATM marketplace, his technical skills in the ATM arena are second to none. Robert developed and manufactured the testing equipment necessary to overcome the often common problem of propriety manufacturers not making their diagnostics tools readily available. Robert developed tools that allowed Siemens to successfully to be able to run diagnostics without infringing copyrights. Robert is currently working with TSATM on an exciting new project that is both market leading, innovative and we believe make it impossible for ATM’s to incorrectly dispense cash.
March 2008 TSATM Invest in safer and improved handling tools for the movement of heavy devices. TSATM are the first and still the only (as of July 2009) UK ATM installation company to utilise the Steprider Allowing us to safely move ATM’s up and down stairs. To a weight of up t 1.5 tonne.  January 2008 TSATM to re-locate! We are delighted to confirm due to rapid business expansion in 2007 we are moving to a new facility. Here TSATM will create a centre of excellence for storage, configuration and refurbishment services to support ATM and IT/Telco industries. 1st August 2007 TSATM complete over 700 ATM installations since January 2007. We are delighted that our client base continues to grow at a steady rate both within the Banking and IAD vertical markets.
13th July 2007 ATM RAMINATOR’s 1ST BIRTHDAY SURPRISE Lockit Systems (Aust) Pty. Ltd. has been awarded Australia’s highest security industry award. At a gala dinner in Sydney’s Darling Harbour, the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL) awarded the ‘Best New Security Product 2007’ to the ATM Raminator security device. ATM Raminator was selected by ASIAL Conference delegates following a demonstration of its capacity to deflect the force of a ram raid away from the ATM, rendering it harmless. This innovative and elegantly simple solution to an increasing problem has already, in its first year, prevented eight attempted ATM ram raids in Australia. Not a single ATM has been stolen where an ATM Raminator has been fitted. Lockit Systems’ Richard Gould said “This award is the best 1st birthday present we could ever have for a new Lockit product. To be applauded by our peers so quickly after designing the system shows we have hit the mark and addressed the real needs of our ATM clients. With these runs on the board our Australasian distributor Sprintquip Security has started supplying many more ATM Raminators to financial institutions here in Australia.”  “I believe simplicity is the key to the Raminator’s appeal. We have a product that is easy to install, does not effect the ATM operations, requires no ongoing maintenance and is totally recyclable at the end of its working life.”
The international rollout of the ATM Raminator is also gathering steam. Lockit Systems have been invited to speak and showcase at three upcoming events. In September, Richard Gould will present a paper on ‘The anatomy of a Ram Raid’ in Las Vegas at ATMIA USA, security conference. The company has also been invited by the Australian Government (AusTrade) to introduce ATM Raminators to US government and businesses agencies and exhibit at ASIS 2007 (Las Vegas), one of the world’s biggest security events.
30th March 2007 The Raminator hits the headlines for all the right reasons in the Irish Evening Herald!  January 2007 TSATM sign their first client TRM after only three months of trading. “TSATM have undertaken various activities for us recently, mainly around the installation of ATM's, Customer training and the logistics aspects of getting assets around the country. Although it is reasonably early in the relationship my feedback would be that they have done a very good job in difficult circumstances, they have performed a large number of installs during the build up to Christmas where we have notorious issues with the customer’s availability and expectations and have done so well (30 or so installs performed with two days notice across the entire length of the country). They have proven to be very responsive and helpful and have performed what ever actions we have required to help rectify any small issues that have arisen. Their feedback on all of the activities has also been timely and professional. As I mention it is early days but I personally feel that TSATM are more of a partner organisation than a supplier and I look forward to working with them on future projects.” Carl Jackson
