TSATM provide a Nationwide managed transactional service designed to meet the operational and strategic needs of both B2B and B2C clients. These client range from; ATM manufacturers, service providers, maintainers and independent ATM deployer’s of banking automation systems, to PC/ePOS installations upgrades, education and training, site preparation, technical courier plug and play installations services.

Our aim is to become the market leader within transactional services. We look to provide a flexible, dynamic, robust, scaleable and cost effective solution to our client’s specific needs. Through our consultative approach we have already secured the trust and engagement of key clients within the ATM industry.

TSATM provide a unique in-house solution which includes high-quality installation, de-installation and re-positioning of ATMs, self check out systems, ePOS tills, Chip & PIN devises, PC, notebook, server and networking IT hardware. Part of our additional service solutions includes emergency ram raid recovery and installation services.

These services are supported via our nationwide technical courier and two man fully trained and vetted installation crews.All services are 24/7 which includes a secure trunking network across the UK.

We provide 4 refurbishment options to our clients within the ATM industry ranging from bronze, silver, gold and ram raid. These would cover anything from a basic clean and test to a complete refurbishment.

Our depot locations are manned 24/7 and have Red Care and CCTV security. We offer our customer’s real-time visibility via our online system (QuickBase) for all stock held by TSATM. This will include the ability to view product by quality status (new, awaiting refurb, WIP, awaiting parts, DoA etc) and location.
